By accessing or using the Concierge369 platform, website, or any associated services (collectively, "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Services.
These terms apply to all clients, partners, and users of Concierge369, including hotels, travel agencies, medical tourism coordinators, and any other business entities.
2. Description of Services
Concierge369 provides AI-powered guest communication solutions including but not limited to:
- Automated multilingual guest communication agents
- WhatsApp and web chat integration for hospitality businesses
- Lead qualification and inquiry management for luxury travel and medical tourism
- Custom AI agent configuration and onboarding support
3. Client Responsibilities
As a client of Concierge369, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information during onboarding and throughout the contract period
- Ensure that your use of our Services complies with all applicable local and international laws
- Obtain all necessary consents from your guests and customers before engaging them via our AI agents
- Not use our Services for any unlawful, harmful, or deceptive purposes
- Keep your account credentials secure and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
4. Subscription and Payment
Concierge369 services are provided on a subscription basis. Pricing is agreed upon individually for each client based on the scope of services, number of properties, and volume of interactions.
- A one-time setup fee applies upon commencement of services
- Monthly subscription fees are invoiced in advance
- Payment is due within 14 days of invoice date
- Late payments may result in temporary suspension of services
5. Intellectual Property
All technology, software, algorithms, and content developed by Concierge369 remain the exclusive intellectual property of Concierge369. Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services during the term of their subscription.
Content provided by clients (such as hotel information, FAQs, and branding) remains the property of the respective client.
6. Data and Privacy
Concierge369 processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection regulations including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). By using our Services, you acknowledge and agree to our data processing practices.
7. Limitation of Liability
Concierge369 provides its Services on an "as is" basis and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Services. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Concierge369 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. Concierge369 reserves the right to terminate services immediately in cases of material breach, non-payment, or misuse of the platform.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international commercial law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, binding arbitration.
10. Changes to Terms
Concierge369 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of material changes with at least 30 days notice. Continued use of the Services after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
